Nice looking hotel, pleasant bedroom.
We felt staff in dining room were not very friendly, especially at breakfast. Definitely some training needed in this field.
We enjoyed the entertainment on the Monday night. Mike Denver was superb.
It was top-notch, will be using the hotel as our Mayo base. Full marks to the staff.
The disabled room doorways could have been a bit wider, my partner kept catching her hand on the door handle going through in her wheelchair.
we were at a wedding and \i thought the food was beautifull. The room was lovelly and the staff working at the wedding were fantastic.
My grip is that \i would on line the same as my brother in law and through the same site. he was charged £140.00 for the room plus breakfast and my husband and \i were charged £160.00. I queried this with the girl when booking in. I asked if ours included breakfast and she said yes then when we were booking out I was told she made a mistake. I feel it should be the one cost for everyone booking on line andnot different price for different people. I was not happy about this. It is the principal of the thing.
comfort, good location value for money, very clean rooms, room service very good, food very good, would def stay again, and would def recommend
the bar staff not very pleasent, some in no hurry to serve, lounge only, much better in ballroom
Fairly convenient location for travelling between donegal and limerick. Hotel has nice ambience and friendly staff
Bedroom lighting is poor. Bed lights so dim it is nearly impossible to read in bed
Attended a wedding and could not complain about anything. Highly recommend the mcwilliam hotel
Very easy to access, good parking, Staff very friendly and helpful, Good atmosphere in hotel, seems to accomodate family eg smallies very well. Music in and around Bar good.
Need better Signs approaching Hotel, could pass it with cover of Trees at front entrance.
Easy to find , very clean , helpfull staff, good parking, lady at reception on arrival very helpful.
Could smell the cigarette smoke from other rooms, otherwise all gooooooooooood
I liked the leisure centre and the dancing.
On the night we were there it was very crowded and it was difficult to get either a seat or a drink in the bar.
New modern hotel, very nice and helpful staff and good facilities.
A little noisy from the bar area which can be heard down the corridors leading to the bedrooms, especially if there is entertainment
Big bedroom Night manager did as he was asked - moved me to another room at 5AM
I got almost no sleep - wedding party walking, talking along the corridor at 2,3 4 5 am Leathery bacon and egg for breakfast Indifferent staff at check out

Staff were very friendly. Food was good. Room comfortable. Value of money. Clean Hotel. Would stay again
I felt that there was something missing in the leisure centre. Cold showers after persons work out. Luke Warm Hot Hub.
